This is one of the best buffet restaurants I have ever come across. The buffet is for #Vegans as well as Non-vegetarians and on request, some #JAIN dishes can also be served.
The prices are such:
Lunch = Rs. 699 + taxes (Mon-Sat)
Dinner = Rs. 799 + taxes (all days)
Sunday brunch = Rs. 899 + taxes
This restaurant's outlet is running successfully in Bangalore, Delhi and now it is opened in Andheri, Mumbai.The restaurant is located on ground floor of the Goldfinch hotel. It is the well maintained, peaceful and clean restaurant. We reached the restaurant at 8.00pm, and there was nice greeting at the entrance by the receptionist.
As we settled on our table, mango delight(refreshing welcome drink) was served on our table. This was very fresh and innovative way to start the dinner. after that, they had served soups (Veg & Nonveg)The starters were also served on the table.
This restaurant offers the variety of starters. Both Vegans and Non-vegetarians can have the same number of starters. (on both sides they had 6 starters).
We tried #Paneer ki shikanji, #Paneer satay, and #Sabz shikampuri & #Momos (These 4 were so delicious that we couldn't control our selves to complete all 4 dishes, also we forgot that more awesome were about to come..)
My personal favorite was #Paneersatay: Sliced paneer cubes filled with gravy. And barbecued along with capsicum and tomatoes.
As we finished our starters, we were directed towards the main course which was the buffet. Here also both vegetarian has more options than non-vegetarian.
There were total 8 vegetarian dishes available (6 vegetables, Dal fry, veg. Biryani). All the main course vegetables were complimenting each other. As all were made with different spices, gravy, and ideas. #Kadaipaneer, #sabzi Diwani handi, #Dal fry and #baked corn and broccoli were in the main course which I like. Along with this, we had a uppam(made in live counter) & butter kulcha. They had given 3 #salad options too.
The #biryani was also served on the table to make foodies more comfortable. This was also good in taste, also the curd which was served along with this biryani was enhancing the taste of biryani.
The Banjara has the drinks counter as well (This is not included in the buffet). we had ordered mojito and pina colada (#mocktails) and again this was bang on. Taste & Presentation was exceptionally well. we were delighted after having this.
The last segment in the course was #DESSERT. This is Banjara's Speciality they had served a variety of desserts. the desserts were:#Strawberrymousse#Phirni (Milk dessert similar to Rabdi)#DoodhiHalwa#MixFruitGauteaux#KalaJamun#KajuBarfi
All the above-mentioned desserts were super duper delicious. I liked all the desserts but #Strawberrymousse & #DoodhiHalwa was amazing. I haven't tasted flavors like these before. A big Thumbs Up for all the Desserts MUST TRY IT ONCE.
This Restaurant is giving you different dishes on different days. (you will not get the same dishes all the day). Thumbs Up for:
1. A Big Thumbs Up for QUALITY of FOOD (Soup, Starter, Main course & Dessert).
2. Chef recommendation was very good. (Master Chef Mr. Venkat has suggested the dishes, and they were really good)
3. Most Amazing Ambience
4. Clean & Well Maintained area.
5. Friendly & Humble Staff.
6. The hospitality has given at the restaurant.
7. Mocktails.
There is no such area of improvement for the restaurant.but only I want to say that reach out to masses so that maximum people can reach to the restaurant.
