Panayaa - Modern Kitchen is located in Raghuvanshi Mill, a place where there are so many restaurant to compete that too Pure Veg. Its a nice restaurant, little inside though but have a superb inside ambience. The food was mind blowing. It was yummy, tasty and a perfect treat for the #Veggies and #Jains. It makes unique things with different twists in the daily routine food we have. we visited this restaurant on 6th of february 2017. (Now it is
Temporarily Closed ). An extensive menu with a lot of options from soups to desserts and we ordered the following.
Parmesan cheese paprika croute.(taste was okay.): Parmesan Cheese + Paprika + Croute: This is a very different type of soup with Cheese paprika and croute (toasted Bread) but it was not that satisfying as it tasted more like milk rather than soup, should improve, don't try unless you are a milk lover.
Cheese munchies: Croquettes made with cheese/bell peppers and olives, served with creole dipping sauce. Garnished with cripy sali wafers. Nice gooey cheese, crispy outer and flavourful chilli cream dipping sauce.
singa cottage cheese: A Cottage Cheese filled with indian Spices & Stuffings , presented in small shots glasses with a nice cheesy dip. Taste was good & it was well Presented.
In the main course we ordered kulcha, Naan, and Thecha hariyali (was another great suggestion by the staff). Along with this we also ordered 2 mocktails. The mocktails were chilled proper blended with all flavors.
And the most awesome dish was hard rock factory (dessert) must try dessert here..
A Chocolate ball filled with ICE CREAM was served with the 6 different dips.
All dips were mind blowing and giving so much of satisfaction to the tongue.
all 6 dips were different. but taste with all dip were excellent.

Area of Improvement:
1. Should maintain credit/debit card machine regularly.
2. Service is bit slow.
3. Difficult to locate the restaurant..
