The restaurant is located in fun republic mall. And it's 15 min walking distance from D. N. Nagar metro station. VEDGE is on the ground floor of the mall. And has a great Ambiance. If you want to have a peaceful dinner then 7.00pm to 8.00pm is the right time here. It has a nice seating arrangement. The restaurant can accommodate 40-50 people approx. We ordered: #mocktails: 1.Spicy guava delight 2.Pan supari
Both the Mocktails were refreshing and tasty. The taste was coming out very well. And they were chilled. Malaysian laksa: never tasted soup like this. The soup was creamy and taste of all the veggies was coming properly. It had noodles also. All in all great soup. Can be tried once.
Wok tossed chili paneer bao: this was the starter that we ordered. Basically, it's a pizza bread. (very thick) presented in taco style. It had capsicum and paneer tossed in Indian spice. Little improvement is needed in this. This was dry and little sweet.
Fully loaded nachos: all cheese and nachos lover should try this once. Bowl filled with nachos, cheese, and beans. Jalapeños were also giving a nice taste. Most recommended.
Pani puri shots: Panipuri served in unique style. puri had a filling of ragada. Pani had 2 flavors, one traditional spicy water made-up of Mint. And the other one was little sweet, tangy, and spicy. Both were fantastic. Must try it once.
Upside down pizza pot pie.: never tasted or heard this kind of pizza. The pizza had bowl-like structure and filled with veggies, jalapeño, and lots of cheese. They had 3 types of cheese added. So cheese lovers must try it once. The portion was quite big, so no one can complete it alone. It should have more spices added.
Chocolate mud pie: the master of dinner was the chocolate mud pie.
This dessert was prepared by the chef on the table itself. Chocolate brownie, vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, dark chocolate crumb, white sugar and a herb. On the top was mind-blowing. The quantity was worth enough for the money. Should try it once.
